Asia, a senior customer operations specialist, joined our Raleigh office full time in 2017. Read her story here.
1. What is your role at TKXS?
As a senior customer operations specialist, I wear a couple of hats. I serve as a point of contact for anything OSQ-related for one of our clients. I help with manufacturer reporting and Grower Seed Reporting for one of our clients as well. And I’m a resource for the customer operations team. I love helping our team navigate through various issues and helping people develop their own problem-solving skills.
2. What drew you to this business?

My mom and stepdad started asking around on my behalf, and ended up talking with their neighbor, Paula Hunter (now TKXS’ manager of human resources). Things just worked out. 4. What do you want people to know about TKXS?
When we say we help our partners reach their potential, we’re not just talking about our clients. We’re talking about our employees and co-workers, too. We really work at it every day, helping each other solve problems, identify career paths, and grow -- inside and outside the organization.
5. If we had a billboard outside our offices, what would it say?
Grow your business and grow yourself. Whether you come here as a client or as an employee, TKXS will help you grow.
