TKXS prepares for future growth

By TKXS Author on September 10, 2019

One year after successfully merging Technekes LLC and XSInc to form TKXS, the company is announcing two role changes.

Steve Amedio, who served as TKXS’ CEO in the first year, will now take on the newly created role of chief solution architect. Thad Armbruster, formerly president and chief operating officer, will serve as TKXS’ CEO going forward.

“I am proud to have had this opportunity to lead TKXS these first 12 months and now I’m even more excited to be able to put more focus on new initiatives, business development and partner opportunities,” says Steve. “That has always been the area of greatest interest for me and where I see real opportunities to take TKXS to a bigger stage.”

“We have seen tremendous success and growth in our first year, surpassing almost everyone’s expectations,” says Thad. “I’m honored that our executive team is entrusting me to continue this path. And I’m excited to see Steve assuming a role where he can play such a pivotal role in our future direction and success.”
